U4GM GTA 5 Sewer Time Trial Guide
#1
Junk Energy Time Trials give GTA Online players a quick daily ride with a real payoff, and the Sewer System course is the one that catches plenty of people out. It is not a normal road race. You are dropping into drainage channels, threading through dim tunnels, and trying not to lose speed in the water. Players looking through GTA 5 Accounts options may already know the value of efficient daily activities, and this ride is worth learning because the two-minute target is very reachable once the route feels familiar.

Get to Know the Bike

The required ride is the Coil Junk Energy Inductor, added on July 20, 2023. It looks like a bicycle, but it asks you to ride it differently. Keep pedalling and the yellow KERS meter builds on the HUD. When it is full, trigger the extra burst and the rear wheel throws off bright sparks. That burst is where most of the time comes from. Do not wait for a perfect moment every time. Use it when the path opens up, then pedal hard again while the meter comes back.

Read the Route Early

The run starts by the Los Santos flood channel, where the first slope is steeper and wetter than it first appears. Ease the bike into the descent instead of throwing it sideways. The route then moves from open concrete into enclosed sewer sections. Blue checkpoint arrows are easy to spot, though the turns arrive faster in the darker parts. Some stretches have shallow water, and others lead toward the underground station area. A clean line through those changes matters more than taking every corner at full tilt.

Keep the Pace Simple

A solid run is usually built from a few repeatable habits.

Pedal whenever the bike is moving, even after using the energy burst.
Save a full meter for longer straights and short climbs.
Lean forward to help the Inductor carry more speed.
Turn smoothly through water instead of correcting the steering twice.
Leave room at tunnel entrances, where a tight approach can cost several seconds.

You do not need a flawless record-setting run to finish near 1:50. The target is steady momentum. A burst wasted in a cramped corner does little, while one used on a clear tunnel section can carry you through the next checkpoint with less effort.

Stay on the Ground

The Inductor can hop, but the Sewer System is a poor place to try it. Low ceilings, pipes, and concrete edges make airborne moves risky. Riders often see a grate or puddle and try to clear it, only to hit something overhead and lose the run. Roll through the water, keep both wheels planted, and treat the tunnel like a fast technical course rather than a stunt area.

Make It a Daily Win

Crossing the line before 02:00.000 normally earns about GTA$50,000, while a first completed Junk Energy Time Trial also unlocks the Junk Energy Racing Suit for your wardrobe. After a couple of attempts, the sewer route stops feeling confusing and becomes a short, dependable daily activity. For players who choose to buy GTA 5 Modded Accounts, knowing this course still helps turn a few spare minutes into a useful payout.
